SkinCare Advice During Closure Of Covid - 19 While we are closed there is quite a few of you that will be missing facials with Jackie, So here's a few tips to keep on top of your skin while we are unable to treat you and then when we re open you can come and enjoy one of Jackie's fabulous facial treatments either a Cleansing facial or her most popular Anti Aging facial!! • Remeber to cleanse each day Preferably twice a day no excuses seen as we are in lockdown . Do this for 2 - 3 Minutes in circular motions this will remove impurities and any make up traces, will also improve circulation. • Apply a small amount of exfoliant and use again in circular motion paying attention to the forehead,nose and cheeks. This is where the majority of us get dry skin me included! Each of these steps should be wiped off using hot sponges or hot towels. • Tone & Moisturise This will balance the PH levels of your skin and help close pores, It's very important this is done to maintain healthy looking skin. Now obviously I am going to recomend you use your skintruth or retinol products purchased from the salon, if you've run out or havnt purchased some (well you should when we re open they smell gorgeous) any skincare products will help maintain the skin during this time. Foods that can help your skin stay healthy: Salmon, mackerel, Avocado, Walnuts, Sunflower Seeds, Peppers, Broccoli & Tomatoes. Drinks include the obvious Water, herbal teas and plenty of fluids.
